First time eating here came for a light sandwich. What I got was mostly bread with little of anything else. Bread so hard it... popped my jaw as I was trying to bite into it and there was something off with the soup. I didn't finish it. Also the ladydidn't wear gloves while handing the extra bread. When Zoup opened up, we were hooked. Soup & salad has always been a go-to, easy meal for us. But I don?t know what has happened... the last year or so. It has gone downhill SO fast and so horribly. This past time we went was officially our last time. It?sbeen months since we?ve been but I really wanted just a simple dinner. I ordered online and my husband picked up. We didn?t openup the bag till about 7:45pm. We both had chosen the Try2 and one soup was missing as well as both breads. It was a bummer butwe figured we?d just split the soup?until we saw the salad. There was a very visible live bug in the container. At this point,we couldn?t call till morning since they close at 7pm but there was NO WAY we were eating that food. Fast forward to the nextday, my husband called in hopes to get a refund. Thankfully the manager refunded us but then she just hung up. So rude. Again,such a shame because this used to be a great little place, but no one working there seems to care about decency, quality, oraccuracy. One of my favorite places for a satisfying meal. I look for a ?Zoup!? first while I am traveling. This one was as good as the... others. A lively and smiling soul named ?Claire? made the visit even more worthwhile because of her warmth and energy. Read more
I have been here several times, but this time we did not have a good experience. I attempted to dine in but after 25 minutes... waiting we asked for a refund. I can see they were working very fast but it seemed they prioritized to go delivery orders ( whoarrived after us) over dine in customers. Unfortunately , I don?t think we will be back. Read more
Me and my family really loved this place a couple months ago but here lately it?s like the service and food has changed. Pass 2... or 3 times we ordered a bread bowl for our 6yr old we?ve had to heat a can of progressive to put in it cause they forgot the cupof soup, or we?ll order a buffalo chicken grain bowl and get no chicken. Today we ordered the really good chicken noodle whichtaste really oily for some reason and we also got a seafood chowder that is super runny. We really idk what?s been going onthere lately though. Edit/Update: we came in today and the service is still trash the lady that served us was on her phone andkind of threw our food on the table and to top it off they forgot my soup. Now they?re literally screaming speaking to eachother and people are leaving as we speak. Read more

$22 for soup and a sandwich?? *Usually* combos are supposed to be cheaper, but the pick 2 combo comes with an 8oz. soup and... sandwich for $22. If you buy them separately, however, and get a *12oz.* soup with a sandwich it?s about $19. How does that makeany sense? Absolutely not. It?s not even THAT good, it?s not worth the price unless they get Gordon Ramsey back there orsomething lmao. I could make 5 higher quality sandwiches with a big pot of soup myself for that price.
