This is a great local restaurant/ bar. The owners are so nice and the food is very good. Several T.V.s for entertainment but a... little noisy when busy. Definitely worth a stop if you happen to be in Florence MT or driving down the Bitterroot. Read more

This place is a hidden gem! From a gluten-free perspective, I was pleasantly surprised with all of the options and... thoughtfulness in the menu. The server was also super thoughtful about navigating me to the appropriate gluten-free choices. Thewhiskey peach cider is delicious as well! I sat outside and enjoyed my entire meal. Place is living the luxury of being one of a few places to eat in Florence. $10 bowl of items that probably cost them $2 to... make, add chicken and it?s $14. Somehow a burger is worth $14 alone because the tortilla chips that come with it right off theSysco truck can?t be more than .50 cents worth. You get chips with a burger. They don?t have a fryer and they?re proud of it (ormaybe $14 for a burger and fries would be worth it). Condiments are skimped on. Tiny Dollop of Guac in the bowl (see pic). No,that wasn?t half eaten. Several issues in the reviews about the attitude of one of the ?servers?. You don?t get served on top ofthe prices. Cherry on top is flat beer AND they?re now asking if you brought a cap for the growler fill which they may be theonly people in this entire country to do. We?re from out of state and wanted to find a casual place to have lunch in honor of my grandfather. The staff was extremely... accommodating and helpful. The drinks and food were great and service was quick! We really appreciated how kind the employeeswere and would love to visit again if I?m back in town. BLT with spuds. So so good. BLT on sour dough bread which was toasted perfectly, bacon was crispy, not burnt and the tomato... was sweet. The garlic aioli really made the sandwich. Spuds were just the right size and full of flavor. Highly recommend. Good atmosphere and friendly service. Read more
We have been to the Tap House several times since they opened. Not really regulars but since we live right around the corner it... is nice to have a local place near by with good food and drinks. Some of our friends from Lolo had not been there yet so we alldecided to meet at 6:00 for dinner and try the new back yard, which is very nice. Tonight when we walked into the restaurantthere were no customers inside and only 3 customers outside eating. There were 3 employees behind the counter, they all lookedto the door when we walked in and no one greeted us or said anything, they all looked at us as if we were intruding like it was5 minutes to closing. They all seemed annoyed that they had customers. I have to say I have not been greeted warmly on any ofmy visits. I may try it again and just see how it goes.
