Worst Subway I?ve been to. Our bread what so dry it was like biting through crackers. The amount of vegetables was quite meager... as well. Lolo to the north or Stevensville to the south are better options. Read more
Went into the Subway in Florence today they said to put on your masks unless you have had the vaccine and then went on to say... how they wanted to see the card because everyone lie?s to them. Then I said so your saying that people with out the vaccine arelike contagious she said they can?t be around the food... I will never get food in there ever again !!!!! Was treated horribly rude today by a teenager because we walked through the door without masks on. The CDC changed their... recommendations yesterday, and I had spent the whole day shopping in Missoula without a mask and didn?t even think about it. ALMOST KILLED SOMEONE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ORDERING EXPERIENCE! DID NOT EVEN READ THE ORDER... PROPERLY. JUST COPIED ANOTHER ITEM ORDERED. Train your employees in customer service! My wife placed an order online for me to pickup. She sent me a picture of the... confirmation. When I arrived at the store I said I was there for an online order. Immediately the rude teenage girl behind thecounter told me they were not accepting online orders. I said well what do I do, I have a confirmation and I've already paidfor it. At no point did she try to help with a solution she just kept blaming the computer. When I askee for her managersinformation to call tomorrow she got even more agitated and still blamed corporate and said it wasn't her problem. I understandcomputer systems go down but when I walked in she acted like I should known it was down. The bottom line is you lost acustomer, I won't be back. I drove 10 miles back to Lolo to get my order. The two young men working there were awesome andpolite. I tipped extra for great customer service. Read more
