Externally it looks nice, however internally the booths were in disrepair and the bathrooms were quite dirty. The staff look... like they were doing their best however; their friendliness is the only reason this Tim's location didn't get a one star. Read more

Waited in line for 40 minutes, they had at least 8 people working from what I could see yet 2 of them were just standing... around. The lady taking the orders was incredibly slow and couldn't remember more than 1 item at a time. When she repeated myorder back she entered the wrong sandwich so I had to correct her. When I got home the donuts weren't the ones I ordered. I feelworse for the guy in front of me who ordered 3 wraps but was only given 2. When he asked about the third the lady said he wasonly charged for 2 and then began to walk away. There was no offer to make him his third and it seemed like they expected him towait another 40 minutes in line to order the third. Read more

Got off the ferry with our trailer. Sign on the door that said their dining room was closed. Couldn?t use drive thru with our... trailer. Very frustrating! Read more

Long wait times but it's because they have no staff. Most weekends you cN even walk inside becuase they don't have enough staff... to cover the counter. I get that, but enough. Today I went to walk in becuase I saw people inside sitting enjoying theirbreakfast but the door was locked with a sign saying dining room. Waa closed today. Well apparently that was not for everyoneand a select few who are not staff were allowed in. Pay more! So you can hire staff! This tims is not by a main town, peoplecan't afford the gas to drive to work at this time. Can't afford a taxi out of town. This is Tim Hortons issue that needs to befixed. Read more

Worst order inside experience ever. These folks are obviously way more concerned with their drive-thru time metrics than... assisting customers waiting inside. I watched 5 cars get served at the drive thru for every customer waiting inside. They hadone cashier assisting the inside customers (a trainee, according to their sign) and 6 employees waiting on the drive-thru crowd.Customers lined up out the door not maintaining social distancing nor was social distancing being enforced by staff. I thoughtwe still had covid concerns but apparently this staff is more concerned with helping their vehicular customers than keeping thenumber of inside customers at a minimum. Read more
