Getting a two star because my burger was actually hot. Other than that this facility needs better management. I ordered a bacon... king burger and only got two small pieces of bacon on my burger on top of not getting extra mayo I asked for. Them for what everreason at when I asked for a small Fanta they put down ginger ale . When I got to the first window I corrected her and said Iwanted a Fanta again. I paid for the food and on the ticket it still said ginger ale. So when I got to the second window. I onceagain said I wanted a small Fanta. It wasn?t until another women came to give me my food that I found out the didn?t have Fanta.So I changed the small drink to a sprite and the large to a coke but they gave me two sprites? I?m not understanding how hard isit to tell people your out of something. If you don?t like your job, find another one. Read more
They already established that the drive thru is slow, but my issue is with the food I picked up for someone else. She said the... chicken was dry, hard and tasted old, which is believable because it was close to closing time. No excuse! The food should bedelicious from open to close. Not cool! Read more
It was a bit busy but you didn't have to wait long. The staff was very helpful and friendly!!! They didn't act like it was going... hurt them personally when I asked for ketchup, like other places. Would definitely recommend ???? Read more
Just ordered 8 dbl cheeseburgers with two plain! The rude woman snatched the bag rolled her eyes and walked off. Then came back... and handed the bag back and said 2 plain right. We said yes. So she tossed it back. And said there you go. Got home and allburgers were plain. She was so rude. The service industry is so bad right now. Read more
Do not eat here. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We went to eat at 10:15 because my son had just finished his baseball game... and it says they are open until 11. Nope?they don?t cook anything after 10:15 but they are in fact open until 11. The managerthen slams the sliding door so hard in my husbands face that it bounced back open. Terrible customer service!
