My orders are usually always wrong on top of the extremely slow lines. I wanted a whopper with no meat, I got a whopper with... everything but the bun. Several times we've been missing fries or pies. We really have been there multiple times and every timethere has been an issue or a delay. I would recommend trying a different fast food place. Read more

Got home and inspected my impossible whopper to find the burger set UNDER the cheese. Sketchy. So I lifted it up and found a... piece of bacon hidden in my food. Pretty sure it isn't in the burger maker's job description or pay grade to decide whether ornot my dietary restrictions are worth respecting. I normally have great experiences here, but this time the fries were cold andunsalted and my food was tainted. Not to mention, I was asked to hold at the ordering screen and it took 10 minutes for anyoneto even take my order. My husband's food, however, was normal. I'm a regular here, so obviously I'm kind and understanding, butthis is not okay and is worth mentioning. No one would answer my phone call when calling to let the manager know about mytrouble, so I guess the daytime folks will hear about it. Either way, if you have dietary restrictions, just know to check yourfood. Apparently they have an employee that likes to play games. Read more

Got breakfast combo for the road this morning, May 26, 2021. The service was ok, nothing memorable until I got home. I went to... dump the rest of my drink and ice out in the sink and notice the roach. See photo. Safe to say my stomach turned. I'm assumingthis probably happens more than we'd all like to admit, but it doesn't make it better when it happens. Please BK, clean your iceor cup storage. Very clean, cashier very friendly, french fries were hot, hamburger could be have been warmer, tables were cleared and clean.
