Night staff is awful, several visits said they were closed or system down. Ordered on line next time, an hour and half before... closing I go to drive thru and sit. No one speaks, drive to window. See no one, parked and tried to go inside and door waslocked, went to drive thru again no response.. and this was an online already paid for order. Drove to window again. No one insight. Finally called and someone came out from hiding. Said had online order that was supposed to be ready. Waited another 15minutes for an order that looked like fish chips, also 3 other cars came in after me all saying they were closed because noresponse at window.. horrible night staff sending people away, was my 2nd in a row bad experience with this restaurant.. butwilling to give one more chance. Food is great, but don't go near closing time or you are likely to wait 30 plus minutes. The employees were nice, so no... complaints here. I had to deduct a star for the wait and the pricing (pretty pricey). Read more
I arrive in drive thur about 9:28 behind a red truck that was ordering food. When I get to the speaker to order I get no hello... or nothing so I'm waiting... I begin to say hello then the young guy tells me to pull around to tell me they close but I'mpretty tho about 9:32pm when the website says they close at 10:00pm...No type of good customer service and why are yall cleaningand closing at 9:32 when yall still have 28 minutes til closing!!!
