Horrible customer service, waited 45 in the drive thru, no one took my order the other line took 4 orders. Continued to wait... until I drove up to the window to order, which they made a face. Finally took my order (at the window) asked me to pull up andthey got us the food finally, then realizing they hadn?t given me my card or receipt. Had to go in and ask for my card. Nothingbut a bunch of kids working?where are the adults?? No wonder service is slack and slow. Not going back to this one again. Read more
Absolute trash service. The ingredients are good but the service is equivalent to McDonald?s. Every. Time.
Good food, service was as quick as they could possibly be, and I had no issues!
Ordered take out on the app when we parked. We walked inside to use the restroom and it was already ready to be picked up. Quick... and clean. Read more
This review is for the one inside the mall. It was hard to believe it was a Chick-fil-A. Food was horrible. Nuggies grease... soaked, kids wouldn't even touch them. Hope it was just a fluke. Will update if we try again. Read more
The fastest service I have ever had at a fast food resto.. we were still looking for a seat while a lady had our order in her... hands... An old nice lady came to our table with nice talk.. The chicken sandwich maybe not the best..but the service isabsolutely the best.. Read more
Fast & Friendly service. Good food. What more could you ask for? The kids LOVED the play area . Very clean! Beautiful, fresh... flowers on every table. **Update: Upon exiting, one of the managers rudely yelled to a crew member about an incomplete task. Iunderstand correcting things when they happen, but the approach was inappropriate and probably even embarrassing to the younglady. Please approach your staff in a close proximity rather than yelling across the restaurant. Taking away one star! Read more
I had a door dash and asked for the meal by name just like I have done plenty of times before and the employee gave me the order... and preceded to say how he trust me but he just needed to see the app on my phone the only reason has to be because I was theonly person of color picking up a door dash when the app clearly says it would be on the rack inside the store I will onlyaccept dashes with your morning crew because they have never humiliated me in such a manner it was very degrading ive felt badvibes b4 but this was by far the worst from such a upscale place that has so many standards.
