Greeted by a wonderful young man and that was the end of the good news. My husband and I ordered drinks and appetizers. His food... was ready and the server said they were cooking mine. We asked to have my husband served while hot and waited for mine, chickennachos no beans. 30 Minutes later, my husband had finished his sampler and still nothing for me except another apology from thewaiter. When it was finally served 40 minutes after ordering, my nachos were served WITH BEANS! Needless to say, we asked forour check, manager evidently agreed to take the uneaten, incorrect meal off the bill. Manager didn?t even have the courtesy totry and make it right, or even come to our table!. No more Chilies for us! P. S. The restaurant was filthy and smelled. After having terrible experience at Burger Bar we went to Chili's, where we had a really great experience and a delightful... server. I am sure she said her name, but I am terrible with names. She was the beautiful African American lady with green eyes.She was very attentive to our needs and was genuinely sweet. The food was delicious! I had only eaten at a Chili's once beforein another state, I have been missing out for sure. I would definitely recommend Chili's. Great prices and service! I went forthe 2nd time today and we had the most FABULOUS server, her name was Sam! Absolutely great service and food! Read more

This was my first Experience at Chili's. I went around lunch time. The waitress was very friendly and came to service me at just... the right times. She recommended some awesome food and drink choices. Everything was good, hot and fresh!!I've never had a longisland but it was nice and refreshing and gave me just the right amount of buzz I was looking for!! I had two!! Read more
We eat at Chili?s all the time and every now and then have a less than 5 star experience but usually we are satisfied. Well this... time we left angry and disappointed. We put in an order for to-go at 6:20 and the app said it would be ready around 6:50. Wechecked in and went inside to the to-go counter on time and we didn?t get our food until 7:48!! An hour after it should havebeen ready!! Multiple people came in and left with their food in this time! They told us we were waiting on the one steak weordered but when we got our food everything was cold including the steak and the steak was super rare with lots of blood stillcoming out!!(I ordered medium rare). Normally this wouldn?t bother me to much but after waiting an hour on this steak it shouldhave been cooked right! We had already left the parking lot and didn?t want to face the crowd again so we let it go. An hourwait for to-go is absolutely RIDICULOUS and I doubt we will be going back to chili?s anytime soon after this disappointing trip! Read more
Overall great experience with the wait staff. There was a line to the front door but that was because everyone was being... respectful and practicing social distancing. Our order was taken, drinks and food were accurate and prompt. Restaurant insidewas clean and up to date. Read more
At first I was not sure if I wanted to eat her because the hostess was very timid and nervous, the manager or floor supervisor... was acting rude, and they were obviously short staff. The atmosphere was not very nice in my opinion plus we had a large groupof people for my niece's graduation. The outside patio area which would have been perfect spacing was closed. We didn't waitlong before we were seated. We were separated in groups but still in the same section. Then we got plastic ware which is alittle tacky to me. Obviously they ran out of silver ware because I noticed they gave a little lady that came after us plasticware as well. My table was dirty so I had to get the hostess to clean it. Our server, Kristina, who was originally not supposedto be our server, made our visit great and turned my doubt around. She made sure our group of over 20 people were served quicklyand respectfully. She kept our drinks filled, made sure our food was right, and kept up with our divided orders. Safe to say shewas tipped by everyone very graciously. I thanked her for her amazing service and asked her when she works so I can get herevery time I come. Kristina is the GOAT and she works on weekends so please check her out when you go there. Had the spicy shrimp tacos. Great flavor little skimpy on the Taco fillings (shrimp). Little inconsistent on one and the other... two had more of the shrimp. I'm thinking they put them together fast. The soft taco shells where hard as a rock. All in all okfood. Bartender was great. Mash potatoes where awesome. Read more
