Bro you can literally not make this up, we just went in on 12/05/2022 and this location was out of burritos. Chipotle?out of one... of their main menu items. Like are you actually kidding me? We have had horrible experience after horrible experience here butwe keep coming back because we just love Chipotle but this is an all time low. If you are traveling through DO NOT stop here.I?m a local Florence person so I?m used to it but save your self the heartache this place is TERRIBLE! I?m just giving threestars since there?s not a no star option (what they truly deserve). Read more

Dirty counter. Empty selection. Food was not worth it. Staff was unapologetic. Never again

With 40+ minutes left before close, the restaurant ingredients were practically bare and the staff was unapologetically... unhelpful in rectifying that. There was hardly any rice (brown or white) left (hardly enough for more than one bowl) and ourparty of three was basically asked if we just wanted to take light rice. They also told us they couldn't give us all the rice incase any online orders came in. It felt like we were begging for scraps... So two of our party of three gave up and decided toget food elsewhere. To make matters worse, the beans (especially pinto) were basically dried mush. There was less than aspoonful of queso left and no chips at all. Several people walked in after us, so I can only assume they were turned away? Ormaybe the staff made more rice for them? App works great but the people running the place can?t seem to get my order right. Even though they put a sticker on each item,... a burrito turns into a bowl and they also leave out items. This is not a one time thing. I?m local and it has happened multipletimes. They even left out my $500 large guacamole. I guess they expect me to drive back up there and correct it myself. IfChipotle reads this review, please read the orders your customers place. Your food is too expensive to get it wrong!!! Read more

This is the second time we have come to eat chipotle on a Sunday and they have been closed way before the posted time. Sign on... the door says ?We?re closed sorry for the inconvenience.? Seeing that it is only 8:45 and they close at 10 I find this to beslightly ridiculous. Read more

No clue what had happened at the Florence SC store I was a diehard fan, driving 35 miles once a week to eat here. The last... year and a half I?ve never not been able to eat once, not counting today. Reason being, out of tortilla, out of steak, line tothe door and the staff working at a snail?s pace. 27 years in the food industry and I never saw such a poorly run store. Notsure if someone came in and fired the staff or retrained them but today I almost turned around and left. Line to the door,thought it would be a disaster. I just left at 720 pm on 9/27. This staff busted their rear ends without a bead of sweat. As Istood in line I watched each employee, whether it be the blonde on the register, the guy with meat on the full grill, the girlmaking sandwiches or the girl who came out of nowhere, continually jump in and support each other to get the job done. Thestaff tonight should be commended with how they dealt with the couple who had to have their burrito split, the girl who, afterher sandwiches were done and wrapped, needed more topping on them not on the side, the lady who after paying now needed morestuff on the side. I watched this staff listen to each guest and filled their needs without missing a step or any facialcomplaint (trust me when I say that Florence has some real pain in the rear guests to please). 7/30/2022 I just want to give the staff working tonight a shoutout. They were short staffed so the lobby had to close early and... they were only able to work on online orders. Despite the conditions, they were very polite and professional. My order wasn?tready at promised time but because I could see how hard they were working, it?s all good. They deserve an appreciation incentivebeyond the typical ?pat on the back.? Read more

The lady was rude. Seemed like she really didn't want to be there. Every table was dirty. Trash and food all over the floor. And... I spent over $60 for me, my daughter and her boyfriend. We each got a burrito with drinks and chips. Food wasn't good enough tomake up for the attitude and food and trash everywhere. I won't be coming back. Columbia location at Sandhills is far better, ifI want Chipotle again, that's where I will be going. Food is still pricey but atleast that location has a FRIENDLY and CLEANatmosphere!!! We could have gone to Taco Bell and honestly been so much more happier and for half the cost.... Read more
