I'd give 0 stars if I could. Food was cold and the order wasn't even right. Paid all this money for trash. Everything was on the... receipt correctly but I guess they just throw whatever they feel like in the boxes. This isn't the only time this has happenedat a Cookout. Will never spend money here again. This unit had no sense of standard that cookout standards for. I've eaten at multiple locations from ga-va and this newly opened... unit is the worst! The equipment doesn't work so they can't hear you in drive thru. The staff is unsuitable to provideassistance for issues and the management team acts as if wrong orders are no big mistakes. As I was describing my issue I wastold stop talking just give me a receipt. I threw my food in the trash when I got it back and went somewhere as. I will sharewith everyone. The food here is amazing, it really is. The milk shakes, ice cream or whatever it is is equally amazing. BUT...it's only open... for drive through, which begs to question, why does it take so long to get through the drive through??? It wasn't that busy. Read more

Have eaten here A LOT since the day they opened, however seems that since the shut down of the lobby (drive-thruonly,) service... as well as food appeal has become a bad experience. Not only does it take a longer amount of time to receive your food after youfinally get to order, your food is subpar to what it used to be. I hope that the owner/management gets a grip on the backslideand brings it back up to par because Florence is in need of Good quality food restaurants at a affordable price, with greatcustomer service. I gave this place 3 stars because the food wasn?t bad and the lady at the widow was very nice, but the Proportion size for the... side foods suck. Very small I got double onions and maybe a total of 6 rings where in my box and they weren?t very big. Then Igot nuggets and fries in another box total of 2 nuggets is all I got and a pinch of fries. After spend 32 bucks on food I wasnot happy with the size at all. The other 2 boxes were the same barely anything in them. Read more
From Southeastern Pennsylvania here! We loved all our food! burgers were the best, pulled pork never better, cheddar cheese... bites were so good, french fries, onion rings, quesadillas. Then the price, WOW. Fed 4 for 33 bucks. Love this place!!! Oh can'tforget the employees were friendly and smiling. Also noticed they were a Christian establishment. Read more
