We eat at the Cracker barrel a lot and like it, but this was horrible! Store is fun and restroom was clean, but that's about... it. Food and service was very bad. You get better service at McDonald's. Sat down, ordered food. It took 10 minutes to getdrinks. 30!!! Minutes to get biscuits and was told there is no corn bread. Biscuits came 30 minutes later, still no napkins orutensils.  For 5 people got exactly 5 biscuits. Asked for napkins again. 10 minutes later food came, still no napkins orutensils. Asked another waiter for it, she only brought utensils. Our weiter came back later with napkins, after we asked herfor it again. Food was not good. Adult 1 - steak ( was overcooked to medium well, but still ok), fried okra was soggy, notfried and crispy, mashed potatoes was good, hashbrown casserole - got an edge piece, a lot of very hard pieces. Adults 2 -fried chicken (missing breading on one piece), green beans (very slimy), hashbrown casserole - was much better vs anotherorder. Adult 3 - meatloaf (horrible, left most of it on the plate, very very overcooked and dry, no seasoning) , fried okra wassoggy, not crispy, green beans were better, less liquid. Child 1 - burger sliders, very dry, fries were good Child 2 - friedshrimp (came with 3 actual shrimp and lots of random breading pieces), fries - had exactly 9 pieces... I was traveling alone and stopped here for a much needed break and meal, the food was delicious..but the service was even... better, I was waited on by a young lady named Naomi, she was awesome... making me comfortable and was so personable, a asset tothe restaurant..I always love the shop as well and purchased some unique gifts for family after dining..I look forward tostopping here my next trip home .for my waitress was worth the visit alone.. add the hot ,fresh and delicious meal I enjoyedand they are 5 stars plus*** Read more

I drive all over US and noticed the marketing team has put up lot of boards showing CB deals. Which made me come in for trying... the food. It's not a restaurant it's a whole experience of food, gift and candy place. Had egg sandwich n pancake both verytasty ???? good team members Read more

I hate to say it but this is the worst run Cracker Barrel I?ve ever been to. It started with a return of an item that was two... days over the allotted time and all I wanted was a store credit. I was denied the full price end of 2798 I got $12. I went intoeat dinner they given me a gift certificate and when I went to pay the day care certificate didn?t work the cashier said Iscratched it too hard to get the pin number. Then the manager and the cashier tried seven times to figure out with the Pinnumber was and I finally said look I have to get out on the road I?ll just pay the difference. And between a 15.95 and at 12.98they had to get on the calculator to figure out my change. However the dinner was very good I must say it was better than someother Cracker Barrel?s I?ve been to they?re also serving alcoholic beverages now but as I was saying this Cracker Barrel is kindof miss manage because it hasn?t been taken care of very well. The bathrooms are dirty and it kind of makes you think the restthe restaurant is dirty and while I was sitting in the dining room it look like people had been you know dropping things on thefloor the floor hasn?t been swept. The management really needs to give it some attention. The best part was the service I got inthe dining area I?m so sorry that I did not get her name she was a tall African-American lady long braids very sweet and on topof that she had many customers and she was very fast and sweet. Was very crowded because of Mother's Day and Darlington race, had to wait for an hour, but once seated we had a great waitress,... Mackenzie (spell?) very helpful with suggestions. Had the pot pie and it was delish. Also lots of fun stuff in the storesection. Read more

Cracker Barrel has never been on my list of restaurants. They always seen to be over crowded and full of out of town people. I... was seated right away and then taken care of by a waiter that was just walking by. He assumed I had been taken care of cause I had been there for 10 minutes already. He took my order and my food was prepared and brought to me within 5-6 minutes . My orderwas correct and the food was really good. He kept my tea glass full and kept check on me. A nice clean Cracker Barrel with fast service. Meals come out quickly if you?re in a rush. Everything we had was prepared... perfectly. Servers are friendly and efficient, ours kept the ice water topped up no less than four times (it was very hotoutside). The store is worth a look if you?ve got time to spare with plenty of unique and attractive merchandise and old timecandies and snacks to tempt you. The checkers game is back too. Read more
