DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered at 6:20 at the drive thru. NO ONE behind us. They asked us to move up... and they will bring it to us. 25 min later... Recieved 3 burgers Luke warm temperature. Stale crusty buns. I will NEVER gothere again. I should have waited till I got to the Wendy's at the truck stop. Read more
The hamburger was really good but the onion rings were overcooked and hard. The lady that took our order was very nice. I had... to go back up to the counter for ketchup and basically got ignored. They have an area for condiments but no ketchup. They arealso very slow. They take your order and you just have to sit and wait for them to call your name. I would eat there again ifI had to but if given a choice I'd pick somewhere else. Read more
We used drive through and person on duty that day was rude and disrespectful. Once up to window they got the order wrong and... were very upset that we asked that they correct it. BTW don't forget to ask for napkins, straws, sauces, and ketchup. Don'tassume you will automatically get it, they apparently don't have the common sense to add it to your order. Worst experience everat a fast food place. Glad we don't have Hardee's in North Texas. Food was greesy and burnt. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience I?ve ever had. Stood waiting to be served for at least 15 minutes.... Disorganized staff had no idea what to do. People behind us kept getting their food. We waited 30 minutes to get a to go order.A woman came in from outside. Clocked in and started working without washing her hands. Really?? She was putting food in bagsand handing it to people. Disgusting. Out of napkins too. It?s obviously in need of serious management skills. Avoid at allcosts. I would eat at a gas station instead of here. At least you know that someone isn?t going to touch your food with unwashedhands.. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. Food was soggy and fries were hard as a rock. Flies were everywhere. Also the windows had ant killer with... thousands of dead ants on them. Workers were terribly rude. Never coming back. Also might want to get the health inspector inthere ASAP. Read more
Worst experience ever. People coming in for shifts and not washing their hands and then serving food. Disorganized staff. Waited... 20 minutes to get our order taken and 30 more to get our order. People behind us were getting their food. They didn?t have anynapkins. Best part was is having to ask where our food was. Once we got it and made it to the car we found that they shorted usa sandwich. Unacceptable. I would NEVER come back. Starving or stop here? I pick starve 10 more minutes and go elsewhere. Read more
This location is usually the best Hardee's I've ever gone to. However, this vist was terrible. Raven, who was our cashier at the... drive thru was rude and didn't even have the decency to say one word to me when I came around to pay and pick up my food. Iasked for a honey mustard and literally she held her hand out for my card again and said "$0.28". I don't know if I'll be goingback with customer service like this, where she was too busy wanting to be on her cell phone and socializing with her co-workersrather than helping customers. First service socks. Guy working front walked by and looked at us 3 times without saying a word and didn't try to take our order... till more customers came in. When we got food we were given unsweetened tea when asked for sweet and my Frisco burger was stonecold and just looked thrown on a bread. Will never waste my money here again. Read more
