Stopped for lunch traveling from Florida. Had a good sandwich was made well not slapped together and was customized to how I... like it. The attendant was friendly very personable. He should get a raise . The have a nice outdoor seating area with picnictables. They should have a few with umbrellas, as the sun was scorching and took away from a really enjoyable experience. Paid for a Giant steak sub only got a hot half, fixed the other half and it was cold. Instead of warming the cold half or fixing... another hot one, one of the girls suggested a refund and the girl that prepared the cold half told the manager she wasn't fixinganother one after he explained that I just wanted another hot half. Got my money back and my tip. Service was poor all aroundand those girls don't won't their job I think they should have gotten sent home cause how you tell your manager you're notfixing another sub, that's insubordination. ???? Been here several times and always been great, except today. I asked for double meat on my #13 like normal and they put the... regular amount of the thinnest slices I ever seen and charged me for extra. They said they don?t sell double meat and put moreon it then they normally do. Kinda disappointing that they talk to people like that, the bearded dude wasn?t pleasant at all andthe guy in glasses who wrapped it up for me either. This shop uses quality meats and cheeses. The service is great and the people working there just so not get enough credit for... the job they do. It can be a bit pricey but I have never been disappointed in my sandwich. I highly recommend them. Read more
Just visited on 4/21/22 at around 6:30/7:00pm. One of the associates( long braids) asked us how could she help us.. when I... informed her that I would have a few (4 subs to be exact) to order.. she responded oh no and walked away. Never told us anythingVERY RUDE! We were just standing there waiting. Eventually a nice young lady approached us ( burgundy locs) and took our orderand was very polite. After she was done I proceeded to tell them my toppings but no the young lady could hear me because she wastalking, all the other associates was laughing and talking loud! This lead to my orders not being correct! Very unprofessionaland a young staff with no real supervision! If you want your orders to be wrong and ignored visit this location! Read more
I was so excited to see a JM come to Florence. Worst BLT I?ve ever purchased from this chain(over 15yrs). 3 pieces of bacon on a... reg size sandwich. Just wow. Nothing like a lettuce and Mayo sandwich?especially with that price. Horrible. Read more
Restaurant was very clean, and very well staffed. Everyone was so pleasant. We were greeted upon entering, helped right away... and order was correct. Serving was very generous, I personally wished I'd gotten the cheesestake and not chicken, but stillvery tasty. Kudos to the staff at the Woody Jones Jersey Mikes. Read more
