Still only operating by drive thru only ....went threw drive thru at 8:06pm and had to use our cell phone flashlight to see the... menu sign because they already had the lights turned off... ordered a family meal was told we had to wait 10 minutes to get Macn cheese ...so we waited had to park....also the minute we got to the window to pay they turned the lights back on....thewebsite said they close at 10:30 pm ...it seems they were already trying to close down being we were told we had to wait extratime for menu items to get done....another customer had to park and wait also for something to be cooked....why are you turningthe outside lights off at 8:06 if you don't close until 10:30....sitting here watching the drive threw line and they are tellingother customers that they have to wait for food to be cooked and customers are leaving the drive thru to go somewhereelse....bad business... This is the worst KFC I ever had. I order 8pcs chicken with Coleslaws and the Coleslaws is spoiled and smell so bad.
I went there again tonight and food was nasty. Asked for original, got extra crispy. Got no biscuits. Wont be going back. ... Girl at window was rude. Waste of 27 dollars. Read more
Horrible customer service! The sign posted on the restaurant reads ?Drive Thru Open Only?. We get to the drive thru to place our... orders (3) and was told that only 2 orders can be taken at the drive thru. When my mom asked what should we do because only thedrive thru is open like the sign said and we have 3 orders, we heard an employee say ?It don?t matter!? When I asked about itbecause the sign only gives the option of using the drive thru, girl told me that?s what her manager stated. We drove offbecause the customer service was HORRIBLE! We went to the KFC on Palmetto Street and placed our 3 orders with absolutely noproblem and with FABULOUS customer service! I called back and spoke with the manager and he attempted to justify what was saidby saying what we heard was not what we heard and that the other employee was talking to another customer. Well, we were theonly car in line and the inside was closed. Soooo?yeah! Needless to say we will NEVER and I do mean NEVER visit this restaurantagain. Absolutely disgusting customer service! This was the worst experience ever. The cashier was rude, food was wrong more then once, and it was very slow. The cashier... didn't even want to hear what I wanted with my meal, she just did her own thing and then when we went back to show them the foodwas wrong the other worker snatched our bag from us and threw the wrong food away and threw the food it was supposed to beinside of the box, and please be mindful my box was open at the bottom. Very disappointed. After 30 min we finally got the restof our food and all our food is dried out and old. Oh yeah plus they told us they had no more wedges so we had to substitute. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a chicken pot pie. The topping was extremely dry and burnt. It was 9pm and we felt... 'rushed' to the point that we had to ask for straws, dipping sauces and forks. I wasn't given a receipt. Read more
The intercom/headset wasn't working properly; had to repeat myself about different items, multiple times. Had to wait for fries... to cook. Other than that, the food was good. Read more
