When I saw the drive thru was backed up to the street, I decided to do an online order. I finished my order at 6:18pm and my... order was supposed to be ready at 6:23pm. I must admit, I was skeptical based on the drive thru line. I was pleasantlysurprised!! I walked right in and my order was waiting on me. Rating this KFC is lower than the stars above. First off I been here in Florence Sc 27 years from FL ok .this one on Irby St... Florence Sc is the most saddest one I have ever been at .management is pittifull. Personal is very sad . I have ordered the 8 pcdark bucket for years .reckon they think breast are dark meat as Well and wings are too . It's like they just don't care aboutcustomers at all .oh yeah !! They hang up when you call them as Well. And give you old chicken too as in dry. Word of advicethere very disgusting place note clean too . Read more
Ordered 8 pieces of chicken tenders and a drink. $17.69. When we got home we had a 4 piece wing box. Called number on receipt 3... times and could not get through after 25- 30 rings.. We live too far away to turn around, go back and sit in take-out lineagain. Read more
I ask the lady at the window to make sure there were spoons inside with my order but after going to the park to eat I found... none.I called to complain to the DM at the store but was told it's not their fault and they work hard and to go ahead and callcorporate if I wanted to. So I will. Lousy management skills ! They wont get my money again. Read more
