Worst service I?ve ever had. Ordered my pizza and little girl tells me 5-10 mins AFTER I paid and to pull up. Fine. It?s always... a wait here. 4-5 cars behind me got their pizza. I walk inside and ask how much longer. Little boy tells me 3 mins which turnsinto another 10. The store is FILTHY. girls making pizza, picking up phones, making pizza again no hand washing done at all.Just horrible. Needs new management and new employees. Read more
This place most of the time has great pizza & breadsticks!!but lately they have been horrible!!The last 2 times me & my wife... have used Doordash the Restaurant has forgotten our Crazy Bread & the last Pepperoni pizzas we got had UNREAL AMOUNT ofPepperoni on them to the point we had to take it off cuz it was just too much!!and don't bother calling this place to complaincuz they not gonna answer the phone!!!WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION that needs Management & Employees that care aboutwhat they're doing!!!! The last couple times I've come here, I ordered way in advance and showed up at least 15 minutes after they're supposed to have... it ready. I have to wait for them to make it. The online tracking is never updated. See photo for a straight up lie. Read more
I ordered 4 hot and ready pizzas, had to wait over an hour to received undercooked pizza. They kept telling me that is how their... pizza looks. Do yourself a favor and visit another location. Read more
This place used to be the spot but for the past couple of years they are trash. The service is terrible and the food is just as... bad. They don't even wanna give you cooked cut pizzas anymore. Read more
Walked in, ordered my pepperoni pizza. Before I could pay, my pizza was in front of me. Thinking it wasn't fresh, I opened it to... eat, and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Great atmosphere inside, loved this visit. Thanks Little Caesars on 2nd Loop! Read more
Worsted service I have ever had! Nothing is ever ready and staff does not fill orders in the order in which they are placed.... Every time I visit this restaurant I have to wait 20+ minutes for pizza that is advertised ?hot & ready?. Read more
Listen if it weren't for Mrs. Tam keeping this location running like a well oiled machine I wouldn't be coming back. I actually... tried to offer her a job BUT she kindly declined. She's a keeper make sure whoever keeps her happy. 13 years? I believe she said13 years.... that's not only loyalty that's love. Again thanks Tam for the service. Remember to smile! Read more
