So I?m truly a LongHorn?s Fan ?. I like their Stakes ? This location is pretty good, the set was great, the food was delicious... and the wait time wasn?t too Bad, however I just couldn?t give them 5 stars Only because the Restaurant and the restroomsshould?ve been more cleaner than what they were. There was tissue all over the floor in the restrooms, and the tables weren?tbust/ cleaned quick enough for the amount of customers they had coming in, but most importantly They need to take care of theSafety Issue 1st which is the Dark parking lot?. It?s too dark at night one of their main lights isn?t working and it?s beendark for more than a month. If someone falls, or gets mugged they would be held responsible because they aren?t giving customersa safe environment if these things are fixed this would be a 4 star location. Read more
My kids Love it here the crusted parm is delicious.I normally get the porterhouse which is cooked medium well I like mine a... little pink on the inside.Bree and Mackenzie always take care of my family when we visit .They are professional and courteous. Read more
Met some ex team members for lunch, we had a long wait on food. The server was very nice however somethings could have been... better. We needed refills for our beverages but it took him a long time to return. Several had salads but he only brought onewhile the others waited. Server explained that there was a problem in kitchen and the manager was in there to help. Food finallycame out but some of the orders were not correct so we let the server know. Food was delicious ???? when we got it. Serverbrought out our tickets before asking if we wanted any desserts and I kinda did but we left. We arrived round 12:30 butrestaurant was not that busy. We noticed guest that came after us was getting their food. Leads me to believe our server needsmore training. Read more
Using the app was great,I was able to complete order in first try. Surprising but true. Instructions were clear, lay out of... options made it a breeze. Order was promised at 7:30 I left there at 7:40! This location was located at a light making it easyto enter and exit. Parking spaces were marked with ?Pickup Orders? The young lady who delivered our order was courteous,punctual, eager to help and overall pleasant. We ordered extra dressing and it was actually in the bag. Our order was inreusable containers, nicely packed in the bag, with no upside down baked potatoes! Hot food was hot cold food was cold. Win win Read more
The staff was wonderful. From the host all the way to the kitchen staff and everyone in between. Our server was wonderful. She... had a lot going on that night, but stayed on top of it all. The steak was absolutely perfect. Thick and juicy. Bursts of flavorwith every bite. No need for A1 or 57 sauce. The steak is perfect the way it is. The salmon was large and perfectly cooked. Wealso had a mushroom appetizer which I highly recommend. If you are looking for good food, good people, and a good time, Isuggest stopping in! Read more

There is a waitress here name Jennifer and when I tell you she is amazing for what she did for me. We were having a family... surprise party and my steak come out a little burnt. I tried to eat some, but didn?t not want anymore. Jennifer came with takeout plates and asked everyone if they needs one and when she got to me, I just replied no thank you it was a little burnt. I wasjust to pay for my food because we had a awesome time. The manager came to the table and asked me about the steak and explainedabout the grill and made it a new steak to take home with Broccoli. Nice place. Good food. Usually cook my steak a little to done. But still taste very good. Sometimes the potatoes are small and... not rubbed with the sea salt that is accustom for Longhorn Steakhouse. I wish I could give a rave review. I can't because thefood is inconsistent. The staff are pleasant, just seems to me they're very busy. I will continue to go back to access thesituation and I'll keep you posted with any updates. Read more
