VERY pricey. We had the 1/2 sandwich combo thing. BUT, BE CAREFUL there are added fees for "Prime" selections (a small orange... color "P" next to a selection). I totally missed the "small print about prime items; my mistake. A $9.69 combo turned intoover $32 with drinks and up charges for one 1/2 sandwich and for two bowls vs. 2 "cups" of soup. When I asked about it theextra fees, we were accommodated with two free brownies which were SO good. That was a nice thing to do. Read more
Great if you want a nice quiet meal, however I went with a friend and they messed up both our meals. Orded No tomato on either... sandwich and my friend payed more to add bacon. Came with tomato on both and no bacon in my friends sandwich. Front house staffwere nice and got it fixed quickly. Read more
Been holding off on a review hoping it would get better but I just keep getting let down. Tables are never bussed as employees... are just playing around. Playing around so much that they throw things from the kitchen to try to hit other employees 2 feetaway and end up hitting customers in line. Then laugh about it as they tell other employees what they did. It?s like no manageris ever on duty, and if that?s the case, when the cats away the mice sure do play. Read more
The nachos were inedible! Cheese was cold and tasted burnt. Contacted restaurant, but they offered nothing to make it right.... Florence is nothing like other McAlister?s. It?s not worth the time or money to take a chance and not have anything to eat. Read more

I arrived here at 4:30 pm on a Monday Nov. 14. Not crowded at all. The young lady taking my order and the other young behind the... counter were polite, patient, and friendly while my sister and I decided what we wanted. I had a New Yorker with potato soup,and my sister had a spicy chicken with broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwiches were delicious. However, my sister said the chickenwasn't spicy enough. Both of our soups were too loose( watery) but still tasty. We ordered and paid at the counter and our foodwas brought to our table which we selected. Once again the staff was polite when bringing our beverages and then our meal. Thebread on the sandwiches was soft and tasty. The meat was fresh and plentiful.
