The quarter pounder was aweful. We picked up our burgers and the buns were hard especially the bottom one and our meat was burnt... on the outside and not fully cooked on the inside. I am so disappointed. No one has money to be giving away. You guys really andtruly need to do better. I'm very disappointed and hungry. I don't care if u are next to closing time u are still supposed tohave ur customers satisfied when leaving. Sad but true story!!! Read more

Went to let my grand daughter use the restroom... employee wouldn't even allow the child to use it! If the lobby is closed...why... was the door not locked? Very rude! This was at 9:30 pm. What time does the restroom close?? If it's closed... wouldn't it belocked? Read more
I come here every so often in the mornings and service is good, I order the same thing every time and the lovely employees have... my order down pat. The food is hot and good and the lines can be long at times but arrive ready ahead of time and be prepared towait as it's a busy area. Read more
When I pulled up to get my food, an overwhelming smell of nasty old grease was emitting from the building. Which should have... been a huge red flag. When I got my food, it too smelled of nasty old grease. And I mean the smell was so bad it was clear thatthe burgers were being cooked on a grill that was not being cleaned at all. It was ok. Had to wait forever for orange juice They had to make it fresh. They were running behind on makung frappe and other... coffee drinks. The manager lady yelled at young man , I told you not to sell any orange juice today, just tell them we dont haveit. There was probably 11 or more employees working but appeared very unorganized. Always a great place and the lady who takes the orders is always super nice. I have gone to this McDonald's for 32 years. Some... years are great and others are not but overall it's the best in Florence if you ask me. Clean, friendly, and you use the mobileorder for perfect service. Read more
They always stir my caramel iced coffee which most don't do at other locations, and one suggested Expresso shot in it and now... it's my favorite go to. I love how friendly everyone is to me and my kids. Read more
