One of the worst dining experiences. We came in with a party of 9 after a family funeral. We called ahead and still waited for... over 30 minutes before finally cramming into a table made for 6. Our server was friendly enough but saw her maybe 2 times afterplacing our order and I didn't catch her name. We had been on site for over 90 minutes before receiving food. A steak was servedluke warm with an obscene amount of seasoning, coconut shrimp were fried to a crisp on another plate, and the asparagus wassteamed too long on a third. Our table also ordered a bottle of wine, which was enjoyed but contained bits of cork. We had amanager (I think?) come by and ask how our food was, but then walked off before even hearing a response. Yes, I called him outon it. He did offer to replace the steak but after waiting an hour for the first round, I wasn't waiting for a repeat. Thecoconut shrimp did get replaced and they ended up discounting the equivalent of the steak meal. Timing of service andconsistency in preparation was not equal across meals. Had a great meal at outback this past week. When walking in I was greeted with smiles, the service was quick and the food was... delicious. What was stand out was Dani our server. She took time to explain our food options with my son having some allergies.She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be going back. Read more
It was a crowded night this past weekend and since it was only two of us we opted to sit at the bar to be seated faster . Well... to my surprise not only were we serviced in a timely manner but our server/bartender Dee Dee was excellent! She went above andbeyond to explain the new menu items and made excellent cocktails that hit the spot just right . Since the pandemic I haven?thad service this good in quite awhile . I would definitely recommend going to Outback Steakhouse in Florence ,SC for top tierquality food and service. Read more
There was two young ladies standing at the hostess stand and neither one greeted us with a hello or a smile ???? The waiter was... very pleasant and food was delicious! Read more
This was by far the worst experience at this Outback location. We placed our order and less than 10 minutes later our food... arrived. The tenders looked overcooked but they were freezing cold. The waiter didn't refill my drink not even once. The managerdidn't have any customer service skills. Horrible experience. Read more

The steak was amazing and cooked perfectly to a medium well. The booths are super tight though. If you're a bigger person, ask... for a table to start with. ???? Read more
