Definitely a promising young staff. This location needs some TLC. It?s very frustrating to pay for what you expect, but are... disappointed by just sub-standard *everything*. Wanted pizza, not avail, settled for alternatives and served cold? Place wasempty, it?s not the Panera I know. Read more

Not a happy customer after this visit. Instead of telling us there were issues with their system we waited for 30 minutes to... get our order. The store was not that busy, but other customers came in, ordered, recurved their food and we continued to wait. One customer finally walked up and requested a refund because it was taking too long. After giving the staff our receipt theymade our food. The spicy take sandwich was my order and it was terrible!! The picture looks great, but what I received was lessthan acceptable. If we weren't on the interstate already, I would have turned around and asked for a refund. I ordered thewhole version for $11, the chicken was so thin and small it didn't cover the bun. The chicken was dried out, there was littleto no sauce or flavor. The worst chicken sandwich I've had in years. The rest of the food was as expected from a Panera. Theexterior of the building has trash around it, napkins, food on the ground, empty plastic cups, etc... The bathrooms were alsodirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while. The staff were nice and friendly, but it was clear they werestruggling with a few issues. Read more

Panera bread has good food but I?m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. I decided on the pick 2. I got the turkey... chili and green goodness salad. The portions are soooo small it?s a rip off. The total was $14.99!!! I have all of three piecesof meat in my little side salad portion salad! I can almost deal with the little cup of chili but no, it?s too small for theprice! To top it all off I asked for extra dressing for the salad and they didn?t even fill either of the cups up half way!Though it?s not gonna get me anywhere, I?m calling to complain! *UPDATE* I called and of course got nowhere. A worker answeredthe phone told me he was going to get a manager to assist me and sure enough no one came back to the phone! DISAPPOINTINGPANERA! Read more

Ordered through the app for curbside pickup on our way through from vacation. The app worked perfectly, as always. And was even... greeted by an employee to make sure we knew that they had just received our order and was currently working on it. Very pleasedwith the service. Good customer service. ???????? Great job! Read more

I normally don't have issues with Panera however today I had some issues with my order, my sandwich specifically. I decided to... try the grill cheese sandwich with my cheddar broccoli soup (pick 2) today. I did curbside pick up with this order and the orderwas ready when I arrived to the store. My cheddar broccoli soup was delicious as usual however my grill cheese sandwich wasterrible!! It wasn't even toasted. Could not eat past 1 bite. Very disappointed???? Read more
