Don?t order delivery @ night. I was charged $31.00 for a $21 order that I was told on its way. Then the driver called and said... they don?t deliver 5 miles away. Made an order the other night for a Large and 2 med pizzas order was completely wrong the young lady I talked to said not to... worry about it and supposedly took my information and put it in a book for a free large pizza. I called today to treat mycoworkers to a pizza, Talked to a lady named lacey who at first told me no managers were on shift after I explained that I wascalling in to recieve my free pizza. I told her what night it was and that it was suppose to be in the book she never asked formy name just a recipe # don't have because I'm o at work. She then told me she was a manager so I asked for corporates numberand she didn't know that either.Just tacky and ghetto Read more
1 star because 0 isn't an option. Takes FOREVER to get orders. Staff is sub par for the most part. Met two decent employees out... of 70-80 visits and nine out of ten times the order doesn't come out right. Biggest disappointment of the entire franchise. Read more
