The last visit I did an online order and went in when... receiving notification it was ready. 10 min later the rep working the counter finally comes from the back checks my name andsays it will be a few more minutes. I didn?t even want to give them a star but i had to just to do a review. I order before and didn?t have major issue until now... . I ordered A dinner box with two pizzas, a pasta and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks as you can see is burnt the edges ofthe pizzas are burnt too. The pasta was the only good item but barely. I called to let them know that half of my order wasovercooked as in burnt she proceeds to over talked me and said that she would deliver another order out but I have to have allthe items in the box which my son who is four years old was hungry and decide to eat like one or two of the pizzas. My son lovespizza and he couldn?t even eat that that?s how bad it was. I also ordered wings on the app didn?t receive it so I don?t knowwhat happened with that. So she?s so- call couldn?t replace it because of the fact that he ate off of the pizza. Like I saidhe?s four years old and very hungry so I couldn?t just not let him eat off of the pizza. But her attitude was not it for mebecause I told her I used to work for Pizza Hut before so I know how to do customer service towards an unhappy customer she toldme she didn?t care about me working for pizzahut before and just doing her job. I just hung up in her face at this point becausewe dont want to wait and I done wasted $32 for no reason. This will be my last time ordering from this location they need toget it together. Ordered 2 thin and crispy pizzas from here. Never had this issue with any other Pizza Hut. Both had uncooked dough under the... cheese and were blonde and floppy. Thin and crispy should be crispy. When I called they said they would send someone out but 2hours later nothing. I called again and was told there was NO WAY they could be undercooked. Of course there is. Anyone canfigure that out. Didn't want to argue with the lady but I was a kitchen manager/head chef for years. That included time in apizzeria. Here are some examples of how the dough may have undercooked; Dirty pans, wrong oven temp, wrong oven time, too muchcheese, too much sauce, proximity to the heat or just pulling before they were done. Was visiting from Florida and this is the Best Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had. This owner definitely takes pride in thier... product, the pizza ingredients were fresh and delicious and ready before the time stated. Cashier was very friendly.
