Don?t go unless you don?t CARE ABOUT YOUR! Food. Went to Popeyes in Florence and had a very bad experience. The drive thru lady... couldn?t take our order from the start without taking cash. Well we said we had cash, now to order the Big box they haveadvertised. She says it doesn?t come with a drink and they don?t have the pie. Well they will substitute it with chocolatebeignets okay fine now my husband wants a number 1 combo. Get to the window they have my order just a sandwich for my husbandand wouldn?t give him fries he paid for. Which was crazy! The chicken sandwich was hard chicken with lots of mayo. Wasted moneyon something they shouldn?t have even served. As a person that spends THEIR own money on food they should get what they pay fornot what they want you to just have. My meals cost almost $15 to $20 when I dine here so I feel I can give some feedback. Our meals are 90% wrong each visit. We ask... for mild and spicy and they never give it to us. We sum it up and figure they either don?t prepare and cook mid and spicy andjust serve original all day. Spend your money at a different place that will at least care to give you what you ask for. On October 10, 2022, at 5:45 p.m., I visited Popeyes? on W. Evans St. Your signs within the restaurant and your coupons do not... disclose all the details clearly, or they are just merely a misrepresentation of taxes and what you are supposed to receive in asignature meal. Customer service and professionalism, unfortunately, are terms that are now archaic, and the youth of today areunfamiliar with the meaning and the context of these words. After a hard day of work, I came to Popeye?s for dinner only to bedisappointed and annoyed once again. The display on the wall for the 2 pc signature box included 2 pieces of chicken, a drink, adessert, and two sides. I did not receive my desserts, and management (Lee) refused to give it to me. To add insult to injury,I was charged tax for a ?free? meal with a coupon. This needs to be indicated on the receipt. Your management needs tounderstand their businesses are closed without satisfied customers. The customer is always right, and this manager?s remarkswere appalling and nonchalant. Cash only in the drive thru. You have to walk inside to use a card. They only have water lemonade and sweet tea to drink. And... worst of all the have no biscuits. I just left after hearing all of that Read more
Everything was terrible (except the food...kinda), the customer service, choice of drinks, couldn't see the full menu. Only 7... people were working & 1 was barely working & taking orders, they were taking one order @ a time, then you'd have to wait about10 minutes. In total I waited for damn near an hour, but 30 minutes was waiting for my turn in line (wit only 2 people in frontof me) after I placed my order & went to get a drink half the sodas in the soda machine weren't filled wit soda & un-carbonated,plus 1 of the tv's that were displaying the menu was off, so it cut a portion of the menu off.... all in all the food was prettydecent, but everything else was horrible. Car line wait is 30-40 minutes. When you get to the intercom to order they are always out of food.. No chicken No Honey No... sides just fries. This is really sad for the food to be so high. I will always go to the one on 52 no wait there always havewhat you ask for. 30 minutes I waited in the car line whoever own this location really need to check on it because those blackpeople in there will have it shut down sad but true . Always slow service, 1pulled in drive thru at 6:15 three cars ahead. 1 which was pulled up and waiting. Order taken at 6:50.... Unacceptable. Popeyes headquarters will definitely hear about this. For the best experience go to the truck stop on 52. Saveyourself the headache. If I could do no stars I definitely would. Management sucks bad at this location. Read more
Horrible customer service? Third time there, I was stuck in the drive through for 30min with 3 cars in front of me only to be... told they only take cash. The time before, they had me pull up, park and wait for 2 chicken sandwiches (my whole order), thenafter parking for 15 min with no word on my order, I sent my son in the restaurant and they wanted ?proof? to get the sandwichesthat I already paid for?. The first time at this location and after waiting in the drive through, they were out of chickensandwiches. Never again will I try to eat here. Should have learned my lesson the first time! Read more
