My family and I have ate at other red bowl restaurants and they have been great, this one however was very dirty and the food... was not good. The soy sauce tasted moldy and the restaurant was just plain dirty. I went to the restroom and there was atleast a 1 inch high pile of dust along the walls if the stalls. Read more

On our way back from road trip, we booked a hotel nearby, and stop by in red bowl for late dinner last nite. The only place that... open late on the area is red bowl. Chicken satay is more like fried chicken strips (kinda dried), lo mein and mapo tofu was ok.would be nice if they can adds scallions to it but anyway was eatable. I remembered on my trip to Colorado my past years, I would stop by this place for lunch. The food is really good and they have a... friendly atmosphere. The best part is that if you get water, they have a big jug of cold water waiting for you. So if you aregoing on a long trip somewhere and happen to pass by Florence South Carolina, then I would recommend stopping there for lunch ordinner because the food is really good. Read more

The food was great as always, however the service was absolutely horrendous. The waiter would just drag his feet up to the table... and then stare at us, which I guess is his way of saying "what would you like" then he forgot half of our order. Not to mentionhe never removed the menus or anything from the table after we ordered so the whole table was cluttered. If "zero work ethic"was a person, it would be that guy. Read more
