Came here for a quick family outing and ran into more family! Our waitress, Tasha did a fantastic job! You could tell they were... short staffed but Tasha made sure we enjoyed some laughs and were taken care of while we waited longer than normal for our food.We also waited longer than normal to be seated while the hostess stood at the bar in a daze, then the manager came around andtold her to go seat your customers - but shouldn't she have done that without him telling her... The 25 minute wait for drinks should have been enough of a warning. We were a family traveling and wanted a good meal.... Unfortunately it was not to be found here. My grandson's burger didn't have a patty on it. The sticky ribs was a rack of cut uppoorly!! Not flashed fried. The chicken fingers had been fried two or the oil was old. Either way I don't see one reason tostop here not even for a bathroom break....only 1 commode worked. ???? Read more
The food was great! There was a new salad on the salad bar that was unusual but tasty. Watermelon, cucumber, onion salad! Don?t... knock it before you try it. Sharon, our waitress was excellent also. Will definitely be going back. Read more
We were seated eventually, served promptly and pleased with our server. My companion's order came out as chicken instead of the... beef choice ordered. The server offered her a free salad bar while she waited on correct order. The correct meal was deliveredquickly and my companion took enough food home for her evening meal! Read more
Our server was Alicia and she was amazing! So nice and fast! The food was good! Kids had cheeseburgers and fries and they ate it... all up! My hubby and I ordered the bourbon chicken and it was very good. We were excited about going back and eating the saladbar which was fresh and clean! Thank you! Read more
I had not been to Ruby Tuesday in quite a while. The menu looked great with many options. We had a drink and then took dinner... home. The drink specials were interesting. One of us had the Friday special, Absolute, rum, coconut, juices, very tasty andrefreshing. I had a Margarita. It was good too. Ordered bbq chicken nachos and a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings to go. Theywere great. My mom got loaded fries and a trip to the salad bar to go. The salad container was huge. The salad bar is an extra charge but well worth it at this location! The bar was super clean and organized! The workers were... polite and handled everything so well. One person in my party ordered a steak well done , when they received it the steak wasdone but bleeding and our waitress was happy to fix it for us. I ordered the dry rub ribs and chicken tenders and both weregood. The experience overall was enjoyable and all the food was fresh and tasty! Read more
The 6oz Ribeye with blue cheese & bacon and mushrooms was absolutely delicious. The chef cooked it so perfect it almost melted... in my mouth. My server, Noah, was so accommodating and friendly. His smile and friendliness made my day (and I had had a roughday by the time I got to the restaurant around 1:15). I must say I had the most pleasurable dining experience thanks to yourstaff.
