Wow, what a terrible disappointment. This used to be our favorite sandwich place. Now they're filling Uber Eats and Door Dash... orders like a factory and they don't have time for people who order and eat in. We had 7 people who ordered sandwiches - 2 wereserved right away, the last one waited 30 minutes. Made an interesting lunch group with people finished eating waiting onothers who hadn't even been served. We kept checking in, and they were filling delivery service orders like a well oiledmachine. Wide variety of sandwiches, soups & pizza. Great food, service & if u can?t eat it all leftovers.. No small portions here.... Sandwiches are stacked and more than just cheese can be seen on the pizzas. Location can be a little tricky, easier if one plansto not cross traffic. Read more
The Reuben I had there the first time was good. On other visits, however, I have been given the wrong side item at the... drive-thru. The management seems questionable since there doesn't seem to be any concern about any issues encountered there. Thedrive-thru menu sign was down today, and they were out of pastrami for Reubens. The menu is confusing because it lists only twosizes when there are more, according to the manager. Also puzzling is how a combo ordered for $9.69 on the menu with nothingextra ends up totaling a price $5 more. Read more
Good customer service, but the food is gross. The bread isn't fully baked. The meat was cold, and the cheese was not melted on... the Original. I've been here twice and both times were disgusting. Read more
Two wrongs made it very right. My wife ordered a salad and drink. After I paid and went to the table, I noticed on the receipt... that it was rung up as a side salad. My wife went to the window to tell them she wanted a full size salad expecting to pay thedifference. They didn't ask for additional money then, so we figured we would pay when it was ready. They never asked for theadditional cost. Nice unexpected bonus. The bun on my sandwich was a little soggy from pickle juice, but had more meat on itthan usual. Good meal with a bonus. I bought the Big Bacon Smokecheesy with turkey. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The drive thru staff was nice... and my order was ready to go. I really like this place. I would eat there again. Read more
I ordered a Cesar salad with extra chicken. Didn't get that. The chicken was in big chunks. The dressing was nasty. Like it was... made from scratch and Italian house dressing was added to it. Read more
