Although the name sounds like a boring lecture, Seminar brewing is anything but boring. Besides having excellent beer offerings,... there are plenty of entertainment options while you sip some suds- including billiards and axe throwing. As for beer- they havea lot- 15 on tap when I visited plus some can options. Plenty of parking, delicious food, a beer garden, and did I mention THEYHAVE AXE THROWING! Read more
1st visit here, and enjoyed sampling a few of the beers. The food was good but definitely a little overpriced. We had a sandwich... and onion rings which came with a nice spicy sauce. They are definitely dog friendly and the outdoor seating was a great spotfor us to enjoy the sunny weather. There are trees in the outdoor eating area so the shade was absolutely a break from the hotSC sun. Read more
Very nice atmosphere. Never threw an axe before but they taught us how. Along with ninja stars and throwing knives. They also... have pool tables on hand. Very wide selection of draft beer on hand. I would definitely it for a first date or just a guys orgirls night out. Read more
Awesome local brewery. They recently hosted a beer and chocolate tasting with a local handmade chocolate place which was great!... Hopefully they continue to do more events like that. Seminar always has great beer on tap and a wide selection of food includingvegetarian options! Read more
It's really big. It's really good. Appetizers were excellent. The beer was fantastic. I had the Wit Willie and my wife had... the Zapper sour. I should have stayed and had lunch cause stop 2 was disappointing. Large open floor warehouse makes it easyto see the tanks. They also have axe throwing which we did not try. Definitely a stop back when we are traveling in the areaagain. About 26 minutes from the state park but we'll worth the drive. Read more
What a great local spot! The staff was super friendly and inviting. The beers were DELICIOUS, and they also have 2 local... businesses that are in the same building, food: Downtown Southern Funk (yummy!!), and entertainment: Blade & Bull Axe Throwing.The beer and food were amazing! (Sorry, I didn't try the are throwing, but it looked awesome!) They have indoor and outdoorseating (a huge beer garden). Great for singles, parties, or families. We really enjoyed this local brewery! Good beer, good food, and good times! If you are looking for a family friendly place to have a few good beers with plenty to do,... this is the spot. Plenty of tables and room for large groups, nice selection of beer on tap, and if you want, you can try yourhand at some axe throwing! Great atmosphere with plenty of things to do. Food is pretty good too. I have been coming here for a few months now. I heard... there is an axe throwing league here. I tried it out a couple times managed to hit a bullseye ???? a few times with the coachingthey provide. They even have artwork for sale! Read more
