Went to this location on today. I placed an order through the mobile app. Order was shown to be ready by 10:32am. There was a... bit of a wait in drive thru. Which wasn?t a problem, beca I thought my order would be ready when I got to the window. WRONG!!! When I got to the window at 11:05am, instead of my smoothie being ready already for me, the server was literally just makingit!!! It shouldn?t have taking that long for my order to be ready. Yes, there is as little rush, but nothing big or huge!!! Thenthe cashier at the window over filled my cup. I literally watched with my on eyes saw her use her bare hands to put some of itback in my cup. I immediately requested a refund. Which took forever and day to received. Never before did I have an issue whenordering. But today was the WORST EXPERIENCE FOR ME AT THIS LOCATION!!! I honestly don?t think I will give my business back tothis company again. Read more

I go to several Smoothie Kings as I travel for work. This is the most unorganized one I?ve seen. I placed my order online 15... minutes prior to my arrival and it still wasn?t ready (never a problem at any other location I?ve visited). Seems like there isno process or organization at this location. Read more
I visited this particular location today and i was highly disappointed. I went through the drive thru (it took the employee... almost 5 minutes to take my order over the speaker and I was in the drive thru line itself over 15 minutes). When I finally gotto the window the employee took another 5 minutes to acknowledge me. I understand everywhere is short staffed and overwhelmed,but the the lack of acknowledgement after waiting what seem like forever was very rude...The smoothies are awesome that's why Idid 3 stars instead of 1, but today's service sucked. I really wanted to give 5 stars because the staff on the floor were so amazing. They were all very kind, working really hard,... and made a great smoothie. But the manager was another story. She came out and stood against the wall watching the employeesbust their butts. She didn't step in to help, just said "working hard, eh?" to the lovely girl that took my order. Highmanagement needs to do better and hire shift leaders/lower management that represents the crew that makes that place successful. Read more
OMG! God is good! I couldn't believe it when I saw a sign for smoothie king going up right in Florence! I drove by every day for... the last 2 months and it is now open! When I lived in Wilmington I went Monday Wednesday Friday and I'm continuing thattradition now. Chris, the owner, seems like a down to earth guy and was extremely friendly. I'm happy he's brought my favoriteplace to Florence! My usual go to is the coffee high protein almond mocha, substitute almonds with peanut butter, give it atry! I may have been swayed over to the daily warrior though! Right by Freddy's across from MUSC florence! Read more
