Sonic on Irby Street in Florence, SC 29505 wasn?t overwhelmed with customers or under staffed at this particular time and date... (10/16/2022) so, taking everything into consideration the hamburger meat on the 2 cheeseburgers shouldn?t have been cold. Theycharged me for the tots I ordered but I never received them. they did not make the 2 cheeseburgers the way I ordered them, whichwasn?t a huge request. I ordered one cheeseburger with bacon, mustard and onions. The other with mayonnaise, ketchup, and slaw.I received, one with mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce and bacon, and the other one mustard, ketchup, onions, and slaw. I visit thisSonic frequently however this is becoming a habit with this particular Sonic and the issue is their inability to pay attentionto detail. They have become very complacent over the years. Nothing better than Sonic tater tots, but I got a chicken sandwich too. Great food and good prices. Service was great as well.
Sonic is the best bang for your buck, in the sense of they have everything every other fast food chain has just in one place.... With a few additions. I got the footlong hot dog with chili cheese. The fries were underwhelming. I don't know if it was justmine or if that's how they always are since I don't go there often. But maybe a little salt, maybe some ketchup or something.They were edible, but definitely not the greatest. Read more
This is mama's favorite drink spot my only complaint is that I have emailed corporate to try to get them to add banana to their... online menu options and they have yet to do so but besides that the staff is always friendly and fast service is a staple thereand they are always happy to add my banana to my order it's just after I place it online I literally have to be sitting rightthere so that I can press a button and call it in for them to add it to my order other than that no complaints at all! I must say Sonic was awful today! My children and I went to the location on South Irby Street in Florence Sc. Let?s just say my... daughter?s meal was hard has a BRICK!!!! I called several times to talk to a manager no answer. So I call the restaurant acrosstown and a manager answered the phone????. When food has been under the light or sitting out all day. Please do not serve thatto your customers. I don?t mind paying for my food but when it?s like this I have an issue. Read more
