Establishment was dirty, there was no customer service. They substituted items we ordered for others, didn't tell us, and... didn't account for the difference money wise. This was literally the best service I've ever had at a taco bell. I ordered about 10:15 and we were waited on by a young woman... named Nevaeh. She was really kind. I've had horrible experiences at this taco bell but she was wonderful. She deserves a raise.She was patient and that's a rarity in fast food. And kudos to the kitchen. My food was awesome tonight. When using the Taco Bell app, you'll find that this location will allow you to place an order for... mobile pick-up as a walk in, but find that the doors to the restaurant are locked and the lobby is closed. Bathrooms were clean and I appreciate that. They made a mistake with my order and gave me cold tacos. I asked if they were... supposed to be cold and the team here gave me two new warm tacos. I also appreciate that. It's hard to find good help but thisteam is great. Read more
The servers are friendly and they speak clearly. However, today's food was the worst prepared food I've seen from a taco Bell.... My burrito was hardly in the tortilla, the soft tacos were happy in the wrapper half in the tortilla, and my quesadilla hadcheese and sauce exploded all over the packaging.
