Ordered today and bit off burger and it was raw and fries were cold. Buzzed for worker to come out to get raw cold food and redo... it the worker came back out with same burger that I bit off. Well I've been coming here for over 20 years and still love the food. The men and women who bring the food out to your car is... always great ????. My only issue was a week ago I ordered a 4pc special. Didn't check the box before I left, because I never hadto. Well, I drove home which is in pamplico before I realized I only had a burger and 2rolls. I called asking for the supervisorand explained what happened and that I won't be able to make it back tonight or tomorrow. The supervisor then stated that theonly way I could get a refund I would have to bring the food back in on that second day when I'm able to in order to receive arefund or to get my 4pc special I had already paid for.
