I placed my order on 11/18 to be picked up 11/24 @ 11:30, from store #1915. My mother was 15 minutes late arriving to pick up my... order. When she called me from the store, the order was not ready and the employees in the store were asking what was includedin my order. The turkey was not packed in a way that I could freeze, which was stated online and they were out of theTuscan-style broccoli. Then on yesterday, where I was preparing the food for Thanksgiving dinner, the creamy russet mashedpotatoes had what appeared to be mold over the top of it. The local stores were closed, so I not only had mashed potatoes Icouldn't serve, but also roasted turkey gravy, which was only purchased for the mashed potatoes, that I was unable to use. I hadalready opened gravy, so I was unable to save and freeze for a later. I will likely not use this company again. Read more
This will be my first and last time ordering from this store. They got my order wrong for one then when I questioned them about... it all the employees had a nerve to get an attitude and get smart with me. Then when I asked for corporate number nobody knewthe number then had the nerve to tell me to look it up. And corporate was no help either. I work in restaurant management and Ialready know how things work, but everyone in this store needs a new lesson in customer service ASAP!
