I ordered my moms usual double cheese burger with bbq sauce onion ring on burger with bacon. Today the BBQ tasted old and the... onion ring tasted like it had frost bite I went to ask for a refund and the manager said ?well that?s how you ordered it nexttime order it the right way? totally unacceptable way to talk to a paying customer. First of all I love Burger King even though I have several bad experiences at this location. I order 5 hamburgers 1 large sprite... and a large fry and cheddar bites. When I got home one of my room mates had just woke up so I came back and got two moreburgers. When I came in the girl was in the outer dining area cleaning she saw me come in rather then stop and come and take myorder she kept cleaning until I came and got her. Then while waiting for my order they locked the doors it was a quarter to tenthen they tell me I have to go out a different door and walk all the way around the building to my truck. As I was leaving Isaid I hate this store one of the employees said that I shouldn't come back then I just spent 34 dollars at your store andwas told I shouldn't come back . Had to wait about 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich to come out of the drive through at 8:30 pm on a Thursday. Food was hot but... service was extremely slow. Didn?t seem short staffed, just a lack of coordination and poor management. Read more
10:30pm, we pull into drive thru, not too busy, 3 veh in front of us. Ordered 2 spicy Ch'Kings, took 15+min to get to window to... be told they just dropped the chicken in I need to pull around!!!!! You had 15freaking minutes to do that while I waswaiting...I was told they dont make them after 10, I said what the heck did I get to order them then?!?! 32min later we got ourfood. Drive through times are incredibly long. We've given this new Burger King a few shots, but we end up waiting in line at least 45... mins each time. They never include the condiments we ask for. If you decide to order inside instead, you might get locked in.They lock the doors extra early, and you'll have to hunt down a manager to unlock it and let you out. To their credit, the foodis good. It's better than most Burger Kings I've been to. They just need to get this place under better management. This is abrand new restaurant, so we'll try again in a few months and I'll update if it improves. Read more
This Burger King has the worst drive-thru! You are better off walking into the store. I went on 3 Apr at around 11 am and there... was only one car in the drive-thru lane and the other lane was closed. I heard the drive-thru attendant tell the car in front ofme to "give her a couple of minutes". 20 minutes later, the attendant had still not come on. I just backed out and went to areal fast food restaurant. Read more
I know it's a new place but waited about 50 minutes for food. Hamburger I ordered had a good taste but that needs to improve... with a better tasting spread something like mayo/mustard combination. Read more
Gave this location 3 tries and every single time was a disappointment. The Employees are rude as heck here. It's a shame because... BK has the best burger meat wise! When we ordered at the speaker box it was almost 30 dollars with the order read back, but whenwe got to the window the person taking cash I'm assuming is also taking the orders got the order wrong. We went back and forthabout my order, I repeated it 3 times to the person but they wanted to argue and get very irritable with me, I asked for 3 2 for5 deals all double whoppers with cheese and meat only, xtra double whopper with cheese and some other items... I received 6single meat cheese kings with my Xtra burger on the side the actual dbl whopper all burgers were supposed to be... then theytried to add a large sprite in there I never even ordered.
