I share because... buyer be aware. I ordered cheesesticks extra cheese no seasoning. I received the exact opposite barely... cheese and seasoning on top. I reorderd showing my receipt of what was originally requested. I received the next order withbarely any cheese again. Literally 2 cheesesticks in the middle had cheese others absolutely no cheese. I sent them back withthis very kind understanding young man who agreed. Next a middle age lady came and told me that is extra cheese that they useonly 1/2 of cup for regular and 1 cup for extra. I said so when I come on other days and my order has extra cheese and is madecorrectly, how is that happening. She said well those people are not here any longer. I am assuming you can get fired forputting too much cheese or just simply making what the customer ordered and paid for. I then ask... How can I successfully getcheese on these cheesesticks? She tells me I can pay for extra, extra cheese. At this point I am very willing to do so, Iliterally just wanted cheese on all 6 of the cheesesticks not just 2-3. DISCLAIMER... My one and only purpose tonight was to getpizza to feed my family and get cheesesticks with cheese. My purpose was not to have a "situation" and an argument over what isconsidered cheese, barely cheese, extra cheese, or 1/2 cup cheese. In addition to waiting on my 3rd order of cheesesticks whilemy other pizzas were getting cold. This unprofessional employee of Pizza Hut goes inside and rants and raves about my nonunderstanding of this cheese policy and having to make a 3rd order of cheesesticks. I believe she did not take intoconsideration the store is glass and my vehicle has rear view mirrors, or perhaps she did and that was that poin to beseen. Lastly, I will add I do not have these same issues with others. In fact the manager calls me by name and has wonderfulcustomer service. Read more
The cheese bread had extra cheese on it and it didn't when I ordered there, the service was horrible and the manager was out on... a delivery while they should be in the store, I'm never going back there and while I was there a older lady maybe in her 30'sstarted to argue with me, I will never ever go back. Foods always good. Service with a smile seems unheard of from my experience. Hopefully things get better. I?m sure it didn?t... help I went 30 minutes before closing but I was quick n polite. Read more

Our last order looked like it had been sitting out for days, the tips were all curled. The commercial I hate, and I refuse to... ever buy from PH ever again. They now publicly condone theft, no wonder their stores get away with pricing like they do. $28for a med one topping... For shame! Read more
This was my third and final chance for them. I will NEVER order from them again. Zero flavor, wrong orders, toppings just thrown... on a pizza when clearly I asked for HALF just pepperoni. My 3 year old wouldn?t even eat it and she eats anything. ZERO STARS. Ididn?t even order thin crust!! Read more
