The food and drink at this location was okay. The one thing that concerns me the most is, yet again, their bathroom. This... particular location has been shut down before due to their bathroom issues along with other issues in the kitchen. As soon asyou walk in the door you can smell the horrible smell it comes from the bathrooms. It smells like raw sewage. I walked into thebathroom and there was water and some kind of goop coming from the toilet. The toilet itself was very loose and wobbly. Thefloors were completely disgusting and completely wet and nasty. I don't know what it's going to take for these people toactually clean their bathrooms and fix their problems. So to caveat this, I visited this sonic while it was busy. My visit started off ordering like normal but at the end the girl... taking my order cut me short and moved on. Apparently she didn?t care if I wanted anything besides my meals. The food took awhile but that?s to be expected because they were busy but the screen tells you when you?re food is on the way. When mineindicated it was I looked for my food. It didn?t come for another 20 mins. I pushed the button to inquire on my food and was?hung up on?. I pushed the button again and the call was answered after my food was delivered. When my food got to me it was allcold. The cheese wasn?t even melted on the burger like it had been hot but then it cooled, it was never hot. To top it off theslushees tastes like the machine hadn?t been cleaned out in quite some time, like mildew and slimy fluid. My meal was inedible.The staff here is so poor they can?t even put their menus in correctly. I assume there are times when they?re not busy so thereis no excuse for this. I don?t normally go to sonic but this time was definitely the biggest mistake. Read more

We have tried and tried again and again to eat here. Me and my husband have repeatedly had our orders messed up. Our food with... be wrong or they will forget something. We went a few weeks ago and ordered 2 chili cheese tots and only got one. We called outto carhop as she was walking away and she ignored us or maybe didn't hear us. We had to press the button and when they finallyanswered they were rude asking if we were sure that's what we ordered because they didn't remember taking an order for that. Itold them to come look at the receipt. They came out with the second order and I tried to show her the receipt and she ignoredme and walked off. So rude. I even have a picture of an order I received a few months ago that I received with no napkins orspoon for a blast. We only received a straw. I did complain but it was gross. We give up on this horrible location. Read more
