The potential is great, but it didn?t wow me like I had hoped. Lots of menu options, but the physical menu felt like something... from an old stodgy restaurant. we had a couple of ciders, an incredible French onion soup with a beer battered onion on top (thebest part of the meal!), pretzel nuggets, and the Big M sandwich ($60 all in). The sandwich had high hopes but ultimately was acalorie slug. Too much going on and missing the mark. The short rib meat was tender and flavorful, but the bun was stale and theGorgonzola too much. I love avocado, who doesn?t, but it just sat on top like it was lost. Anyhow, like I said, plenty ofpotential. The people are nice and the space is inviting. Absolutely delicious! Everything we tried was good...Even the onion dressing is amazing!
I'm disappointed by this place. I called earlier in the day to ask when they stop taking orders. I was informed that all orders... are accepted up until 7:30pm. I called to place an order at 7:15 and no employee picked up. I called multiple times thereafterand nobody answered the phone. This is the second time this has happened. Last week, I called at 6pm on a Saturday and wasinformed by staff that even though they usually close at 8pm, they were going to close early and were not accepting order. Ihave been a frequent customer, but the inconsistency is off-putting and below standard. Read more
