I ordered breakfast and the lady at the window burned me with the coffee. She said it?s because I grabbed the cup wrong, but she... did not acknowledge that she did not properly fasten the lid on the cup. I told her this and she took the cup back and put thelid on correctly this time. I don?t remember if she apologized because I was in so much pain. Now, on top of the food charge, Iwill incur a medical bill because of BK?s negligence. I?m literally crying because my hand hurts and I did not expect to have togo to urgent care as a result of ordering breakfast . Read more
The only fast food chains that prices for the people, has amazing coupons and great family deals. Thus alone has brought me... back when everyone else is raising their prices, they stay true, honor their base and provide. The staff there is also muchbetter and the lady who has been there for years who takes your payment is sometimes there , respectful as hell, from morning tonight serving the community. She's great. Went here yesterday for a quick lunch. I ordered online but couldn?t figure out how to add sauces using the online app. Val... attended me at the drive thru. Val is the sweetest , most caring , humble person I have ever met. We had some small talk and shegot me my order as well as the sauce I wanted all while smiling and having a good attitude. Worst customer service ever. Get to the box to order and they tell us at that time cash only. They should have put up a sign. My... husband advised employee Ericka of this and she raised her voice at him. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. Youneed to evaluate the employees at this location and give them a retraining of customer service. Read more
Employee that took my order had a very impatient vibe but she got the order correct. The floors here are filthy and the tables... booths are dirty. The food was good. Like I said, the order was correct and the food tasted good but a friendly face seems toomuch to ask for. I guess I would eat from here again but I think next time it will be a to-go order. Read more
