This Dunkin donuts needs to be shut down because the manager Carol Bennett needs to improve her managing skills and needs to... learn to talk to her employees with respect and not in front of the customers. Carol has a nasty attitude no respect and nomanners and needs to learn communication skills or does not need to be a manager at all and some of the employees need to befired they have no customer service skills very rude and nasty the environment there is always negative and they are lazy don'twant to work I'm speaking of the cashier's. I ordered tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich, ice and hot macchiatos, plain cream cheese bagel. How on earth such sample... things taste that so goooooodddd! All fresh, all toasted at timely manner, packed perfectly attentive. I live and work inBrickell, the one location Dunkis has. That is the worst service ever. Even the coffee is not the coffee in Brickell. But thislocation, this people, staff, this meals, all day pick me up wraps etc. All so good. Cheers to that! Read more
The most on organized Dunkin I have ever seen, you place an order on the app it's never ready. people coming in don't know... where to even place an order. Always has boxes from their product shipments in the way of their counter. Young gentleman behindthe counter makes minimal effort to help the lady that is doing it all.... very frustrating location Read more
This place is a headache, when they get a few cars on drive thru they literally shut down the walk-in cashier OR they only serve... drinks and coffee nothing else, that is just lousy for a well known place like Dunkin donuts ???? Read more
