They close at 9 but yet they were closing up and out of bread by 8 pm. Pretty disappointing for a jimmy johns
I placed a delivery order online an hour ago. I just received a call that my order had been cancelled because they close at 8... (it's exactly 8 p.m. right now) and the driver hasn't returned from another delivery. I asked if I could come pick up my foodand she said, "No, we closed at 8." Seriously??? I had an exhausting day at work and I just wanted an easy dinner. Thanks fornothing. Read more
Terrible service through Door Dash , from this location. It takes almost 2 hours after you place an order for them to Deliver... it, they play with the app somehow so it states is already delivered and the food is not there . When you call them they arerude and sarcastic covering up for the food being late instead of apologizing for the delay and insuring the best customerservice, this might be do to upper management not having those skills. This has occurred multiple times never ordering here.There employees don?t even care. I?m sure if more customers stop shopping they will see the value in customer service. Read more
This place is like any other Jimmy John's you go to... Quick, Easy, and is what you expect. Good customer service, and they are... knowledgeable of their menu. Still can't hold a candle to PubSubs but a good alternative. Read more
The restaurant was very clean and so were the bathrooms and they definitely offer fast and friendly service! We were helped... right away and the cashier was happy to offer advice based on what we were looking for. The subs weren't the best I've everhad, but they were good. The only thing that I really didn't like was the fact that they don't really offer a children's menu. We were informed that they have subs that are plain (just meat and cheese) that are better for kids, but they are the same sizeas the regular subs. Overall, I was happy with my visit to Jimmy John's. Ordering online is fairly easy and fast. Delivery service was excellent and the sandwiches arrived fresh. ????
