I am sitting here at the drive through and my whole order is wrong, the girl at the window wants to argue with me and then the... girl taking the order wants to start as well. We had a complex order and the manager worked with us cheerfully! She made my day and the food came out quick, hot, and perfect!
Customer service here is trash. The girl at the window handed us our coke and you could see through it. It?s blatantly obvious... that it was most carbonated water and their machine was either messed up or low on syrup. When we asked what it was because itdidn?t look like coke she got an attitude and said that was how all the cokes were coming out. When we asked for something elseshe got rude with us and acted like we were being an inconvenience for her because we wouldn?t take the I drinkable soda. Be warned that you will wait too long and they will give you wrong directions. I ordered online to pick up inside the place,... all the doors were closed and they told us that the place was closed and we had to ask for the drive thru (despite the fact thatGoogle Maps indicate that the Dine In is open), we did the line that took us almost 10 minutes to get to the speaker, to be toldthat they couldn't give us the order because we had to enter the place, another 5 minutes to get out of the line and be able topark again to get the order. Bad, the food isn't bad, same level than other McDonald's, but the service is horrible. If you're using the regular on foot... service (not drive thru) nobody will care about you. Nobody at front desk, the self service screen doesn't have ticket paper andcard pay machines are broken. I waited 15min to pay the self order, and some other 30min to receive the food. During this longwaiting I only heard chatting inside the kitchen. Read more
Food was hot and fresh. Service was fine. Atmosphere? All McDonald's are ugly with zero character and all look alike.
