They should rename this Sleeping Panda. I have yet to go here and experience any form of "express". Come here during lunch or... dinner time and you are guaranteed a line out the door. Florida city location was downright a miserable experience. It used to be good. The management at this place is too busy to even... talk to you. She was all over the place and the guy that took the order couldn't even understand what we were ordering. Theyforced us to pick a meat without even waiting for the line to continue so we had to walk by all those people waiting just topick a meat that still was not ready. So disappointed and dissatisfied I order a online pick today and when i opened my food when I got home I had no beef for my... broccoli and beef that I ordered I had no beef at all I bought two plates and both had no beef . Food was good portions were generous.
Super busy, they were low on two entrees when I ordered and they cooked more so mine was hot of the wok (and they waited to dish... all my orders so that nothing just sat waiting). Staff was pleasant and very efficient. It helped that they were well staffed tohandle the load, still there was a line and online orders spooling the whole time. Read more
Honestly I know I will eat here again because what option do we really have but this place keeps going downhill. The attitude... from the employees and manager herself is HORRIBLE. No planning or process set up, no preparing for lunch rushes, horrendouscommunication, horrible customer service, and the revolving door there is hilarious. The prices are going up and the portionsare going down. I write all this knowing i will back to eat because its the only thing like it around and when u r rushing forlunch but my frequency of visits will go way down. So sad my loss in the end because you know they wont even take the time toread and understand this to better themselves. Read more
