Have had their wings many many times and they are delicious. I mean it's a chain restaurant so I can't imagine it to be that... bad. I love their Cajun boneless chicken wings and their corn with seasoning. I can drink that ranch dressing! It's so good! This picture was Friday night at 7:30pm. I was trying to place an order and they kept telling me to give them a minute that they... were prepping other food. Turns out they just didn?t want to take my order because one of them told me they were only workingonline orders and not trying to take in more orders. I left the store at 8:02 because they refused to take my order in store. This place was disgusting and unorganized so maybe it was just a blessing in disguise to not get food poisoning. Before Covid, I went to this location on a regular basis. Customer service and chicken was great! Not sure what is happening at... this location now, but its not good. I predict the way this restaurant is managed, they will be out of business sooner thanlater. The chicken was not done properl, the fries was cold and the customer service was horrible. I am giving a three star because this evening I placed an order and they shorted me five wings. It is 908 PM and I?m calling... but no one is picking up the phone at the establishment. When someone comes home after a hard days work- working hard for yourmoney- you place an order to be delivered to your home- you expect the person on the receiving end to take care of your orderand have it correctly delivered to you. Something is definitely wrong in the fact that I am calling to let them know they haveshorted me five wings and no one is picking up. We placed the order online and paid, went in and let them know the name on the order and the guy at the desk said it wasn?t... ready yet, after about 20 min i went up to the counter again and he said hr doesn?t see the order. I showed him the confirmationas well as the charge on my bank card and he still didn?t find the order. So i placed another order the exact same one he saidit would be 25 minutes. So i left and went to Walmart for literally 10 min. Came back and it was ready. The fries was cold andnot seasoned and when i got home we only had 24 wings, i ordered 30. So I called Dr he store. Only to be placed on hold for 15min then i called back and no one is answering. They keep ignoring my calls now. I wish there was a corporate number i couldcall to complain. Soup wings is what I got. Now what I ordered was the Louisiana Rub which is a dry rub. They got the order wrong. They were not... wearing gloves. They only put the gloves on when another customer came in and started to record them. Read more
When you place the order (whether online or in person) they say that it will take almost an hour for a chicken sandwich and... fries. I arrive thirty minutes early and they are telling every walk-in customer that there is a 1 hour wait for food as well. Furthermore, I pick up my food thirty minutes early and all of my food, the chicken sandwiches and fries included, were cold andneeded to be cooked for a longer period of time.
