Kinda slow but the grill worker their bums off. Management should learn more inspirational tactics to get better service
Staff was friendly and fast. Order was correct and hot/fresh! Will return.
The breakfast platter is served with 4 slices of bacon. At this Burger King the manager takes 2 slices of bacon and cuts them... into halves. Thus calling it 4 slices, which are paper thin. No other Burger King does that. Burger King owners get your acttogether. Stop being cheap. Read more
Many problems at this restaurant. This time, they said to come in for my mobile order. I did an online order for the convenience... of not coming in. I asked why and the manager said they didn't have the order ready. So, if I ordered at the window, it wouldhave taken you the same amount of time to make it. Why don't you ask me to pull over and wait? She said cause we don't have todo that. Then I see one of the other employees deliver food to someone outside!! I never got a call back from the previousincident either. Mind you, the other workers agreed with me but have to listen to their management. All that trying to be niceis fake!! Read more
Very clean. Very professional staff led by this beautiful woman named Sam. Of course the food was hot and delicious. Will make... this location my go to whenever I visit St. Louis. Rinse and repeat. Came back in town and a month later, 5 Star Service againfrom Sam and her crew. The standard is the standard. I'll be back. Read more
This place needs new management!!! We went to try the new chi?king sandwich and my God was it disgusting. The meat was old you... can tell you had been sitting for a while, where was hardly any sauce. I should have took it back to get our money!! I was told did not have any mozzarella sticks. Look at the picture I guess they're having a lettuce shortage also. The lettuce... on the Whopper Jr with cheese was less. Along with a lettuce shortage there also must be a bun shortage because my originalchicken came on a Whopper bun and with no cheese as I ordered with cheese. Also the young lady running the window was notwearing a mask nor was wearing gloves.... so much for no contact. Read more
Went to lunch Saturday and the service was excellent. Also the staff was on point
