Would leave 0 stars if I could. It is not the same as Cecil?s anymore?I advise you to never even think about giving this place a... try. The food is all trash. Paid 11 dollars for fried mushrooms. Almost $1 a piece. Soggy and uncooked? pizza had Burnt chunkson the bottom. Got hot wings. They didn?t seem too bad. Came with no ranch?. Was told they don?t come with ranch it cost extra..well considering we asked for it when we ordered it. Called back to talk to them about the situation and the lady was yelling atme talking me that I had to bring the food back up there and she offered me a 50% refund. Told me she didn?t believe me.Anyways. We will never be eating here again. Read more
The pizza in this place is really, really good. A small, quaint spot, friendly staff, but some really good food. My first time... there I had a large meat lovers pizza. The second time there I had the same pizza but without the bacon and sausage, justbecause I'm not a huge fan of the saltiness they produce. The pizza had that wonderful char on the bottom that gave the thincrust a slight crunch. So good. All other menu items I've had have been excellent. I highly recommend it if you're in the moodfor some good local pizza or some favorite Italian classics. Read more
Ordered 2 large pizzas and cheese garlic bread for delivery at 4 pm on a Sunday. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. ... I then called at 5:25 pm because we had not received our order yet. I was told that it was out for delivery. We live less than5 minutes away. Called again at 5:45 and asked to speak with a manager since we still had not received our order. I was toldthe manager was busy and that she would call me back. I left my name and call back number. My husband then called at 6:10. Still no pizza and no call from the manager. They offered to remake our order 2 hours and 15 minutes after my original orderwas placed. We canceled the order and told them to refund our money. We then went somewhere else to get food. In the 20minutes that we were gone the pizza was delivered. My son was home at the time and did not know that we had canceled the order. He grabbed the pizza from the driver and said when he opened the box the pizza was cold. This is not the first time I have hadproblems with this location since they became Celano's. We like to get thin crust pizza at Celano's. They have a family deal that comes with 2 extra large pizza's, garlic bread and... chef salad. A solid deal for pizza that's meaty with a decent salad. Read more
This is my first time ordering from them since they switched from Cecil Whittakers. I?ve never had a problem until today. This... is unacceptable!! I don?t normally leave reviews and even worse this is usually one of my favorite places to order from but as of the last month... and a half or so it?s like they quit cleaning their ovens. I typically order from here weekly and the last 5+ pizzas I?veordered have all had old food burnt on the bottoms of the pizza. It?s like they don?t clean their ovens any more and it?s ashame cause the food is really good. I ordered again tonight after waiting 2 weeks to see if they cleaned their ovens and ofcourse not again, burnt left over food on the bottom of my pizza making the pizza taste burnt in certain bites. My first impression of this place was a good one today. I haven't had just a large pizza that had this much meat on it in a long... time! It tastes really good! Imos, pizza hut, domino's, papa John's, you all need to step your game up on the quality becauseCelano's has passed you all up since I had this. Nice customer service too. Appreciate it. The staff is friendly, went above and beyond expectations. The pizza was cooked to perfection the Western and Patriot were soo... good. Even had the condiments placed with care in the container and not on the burger to keep it fresh. Also the salads are bestin town. Can't go wrong with the pastas and salads.
