I so enjoy their cookies and cream shake. I think I have purchased one every week for the past 3 weeks and sometimes 2x in a... week. Its just that damn good to me. However the only downfall to me when it comes to Chick-fil-a shakes are, I can't get abigger size. It only comes in one size. Oh well I will continue to get them and I hope you will too. For a store that is always super busy my orders always come up perfect. Sure you have to be a bit patient while waiting but... honestly I have zero issues with this store. They do a great job and everyone always has a smile. Read more
Customer service is trash! No one was available to ring a order. And it was at least 10 people back there and some walking... around. I asked a boy can he ring me out and he said he can?t and turned his back. He didn?t offer to find anyone. And a girl wbraids and glasses watched me stand there as well. I stood there at least 5 minutes and I left. I won?t return. Chick fil-a isnot the same with hiring all these black people with attitudes and always mad everyday cause their at work!! What do you have ajob for if you won?t be doing it when a customer wants to place an order, and you don?t even check the front to see if someoneordered or was waiting on a order. The line inside was long but it was the workers there with the issues. Ordered my chicken sandwich with extra pickles please and... when I got it not one. Went back to just ask for pickles and the manager... now I see where the workers issue lies... gives me aattitude and when I tell you my chicken sandwich was so damn dry! Literally nothing on the bread which was already crumblingcause it was so dry. I'll give this place one more shot cause it was a very busy Saturday but if goes the same this relationshipis over! Normally my food is prepared fresh and accurately, however my online order was made incredibly wrong. I tried calling several... times to have my order corrected but no one answered.
