I had just order from here the customer service was horrible I?ve been coming here for awhile I paid with card for delivery but... I had a tip in cash before we could even give the delivery driver the tip he walked away and said ?Don?t order from here again?I had called the restaurant and asked why he would say that she was very rude on the phone saying how if you don?t provide a tipshe can not persuade him to deliver the food. I was not even given the chance to tip him before he said a rude comment andwalked away I am baffled from this experience I have tipped every time I?ve order from this place but this time I didn?t tip onmy card I wanted to tip cash, absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Great service?the owner is super sweet! And the food was delish! ???? My favorites (in no particular order): - Teriyaki... chicken appetizer (it?s not what you think?they?re like barbecued chicken on skewers with a tang, but so good!) - Crab rangoons(satisfyingly crisp on the outside & super creamy on the inside) - General Tso?s chicken (perfectly fried/crisp chicken coveredin a fantastic sauce) - House Special Lo Mein (a solid noodle dish ????????) Always order food here and this time they canceled the order. Said we called back and canceled it. They confused us with someone... else and now the dummy keeps hanging up when all we wanted was the damn food. Spent lots of money here and now we will neverorder from them again. If you order delivery from here online it will not show up and they will forget about you. Wasting your money.

Up until today I had no problems with Chin's Wok. It's four adults and one child in my household so I always spent at $50 or... more every time. My order was always correct until I ordered today. I called back to tell them that 1 order of the 2 orders ofcrab Rangoon was not in the bag. The guy that answered tried to tell me what's in the bag that I was looking into at the time. Ihave no reason to lie and wanted what I paid for. Long story short I called twice and was told my item was on the way and itnever showed. They just lost a $50 plus tip paying customer over a $5 item. The guy I talk to was not one of the original peoplethere when I had no problem. Read more
