The customer service was on point. The food was much fresher looking. The line was long but moving. The staff was very helpful... and knowledgeable. My son school had a fundraiser there...it was crowded but they were moving the crowd. The food was good,sometimes when I go, taste scorch...but not this time. For many years I have thought Chipotle does a great job with their food. Over the past year or so, the quality of what they... offer has gone way down. Usually, they always are out of the fajitas. This is not only at this location, but several otherlocations just say they're out of fajitas. Also, on several occasions they've run out of paper for receipts or the scanner isnot working for their rewards points. For a restaurant to not have food is simply unacceptable because that's what they'resupposed to be doing. In addition, to raise prices while the quality of what they offer has gone down makes no sense and is kindof a slap in the face to the customer. I've started to bring my business elsewhere. Read more

I have ordered from this chipotle over 20 times now because it is the only chipotle that delivers to my house. I have probably... had my order correct 3 out of those 20 times. They will forget chips, dips, and entire bowls- it amazes me. Chipotle doesnothing to make it right, so I am done with this place. Absolutely the worst. Read more
I ordered the chicken bowl & I?m very disappointed. The portion size was small. A little of everything,but rice & beans.... Hardly,any meat. Unfortunately, the meal was trash. Something taste spoiled/sour. I got a second opinion from someone,w/omentioning how I felt about it. My partner said something taste spoiled/sour. So I just tossed it out. I eat at Chipotle, a lot. So much so that I have an exact burrito that I've ordered for years now. I've had the same burrito at... more Chipotle locations than I can count, and several in the last few months that were really disappointing. This locationnailed it. The staff were extremely fast and competent. They were very patient with a customer ahead of me who was indecisive.AND the food was all hot and fresh. This was s my first time visiting in over a year. The staff was friendly and food fresh. My issue is with the chicken..... Definitely unevenly cooked and thus was the reason for past troubles. Please make sure chicken is cooked all the way because Ihad to pick through it which I shouldn't have to do. Other than that, the salad and ingredients were good. Read more
