If it was a zero starting if that what they would have gotten but I had to give one to make a review. I have called location... four times. I spoke with one person that held up on me after I let her know that my order was incorrect. I called one more timeafter that and some dude answer the phone and I asked for a supervisor he said they do not have one. At one point I was ordering Domino's from this location on a weekly basis for the past 3 years but since then service has gone... down. Especially the evening crew. There has really been things wrong lately. Either a pizza is missing an ingredient (topping)or in one instance I was missing an entire pizza. Today I ordered 3 pizzas and 3 pasta bowls along with some drinks. I calledand complained about my 3 pasta bowls. They said that they would remake them. The lady only sent me 2 pasta bowls. Horrible customer service. Same black girl at the counter has a bad attitude when I go there. No welcome, doesn?t even ask if... she can help me?just stares until you speak. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 orders wings and a salad but she only brought out 1 pizza andan extremely wilted salad. When I told her she asked ME to read back my receipt instead of checking her screen, still withattitude as if I was inconveniencing her or lying. Pizza was dry, wings were cold. I placed my order via the app. When it was time to pick up, we parked in the contactless carry out spot and let them know we... were there. Per Domino?s policy, if they don?t bring it out within 2 minutes, your next pizza is free. We waited 5 more minutesand had to go in to pick up our order. My husband went on the inside and mentioned the policy just for some young fat girl tosay, ?I don?t know and I don?t care about no free pizza.? This service is just as trash as her attitude and you shouldn?t havenasty people like that working for you. She needs some customer service training or a new job. ASAP. Read more
Hire more workers because its getting ridiculous. I ordered a medium pizza with cheese dip and bread twist. There is no reason... that it should take longer than 50 minutes to complete an order like that. I ordered my food at 8:52 PM and its now 10:41 PM andI STILL haven?t received my food! I called them about 30 minutes ago and they said that they only have ONE driver. Okay I getit, you?re understaffed, but can you NOTIFY customers of that instead of letting us wait hours for a pizza?! Theres no reason Ishould be waiting 2 hours for a simple order like this. My food is probably going to be freezing now. Its a random Tuesdaynight, not a super bowl Sunday, speed it up. Not sure how I received a pizza with no cheese on it. Usually the pizza is phenomenal in the black box. But it must be someone... new working because they didn?t know cheese went on pizza. Read more
Food took an hour to get here... After it was finished being cooked. When we called to check in on our pizza because it was... "checked for perfection" for an hour, the line was busy. We finally got our cold cheese blocks on bread and the only thing hotwas the ranch. They got one of the halves of the pizza with wrong toppings.
